Sijainti hyvä ja ulkoapäin siisti hotelli mutta kokemus kokonaisuutena jää kuitenkin miinukselle: - erittäin tyly asiakaspalvelu - likaiset lakanat - suihkun kaivo ei vedä, vesi jää lattialle - vastaanotosta ei saa kuin yhden avainkortin vaikka kaksi aikuista majoittuu. Todella hankalaa koska korttia tarvitaan myös huoneen sähköjen ja ilmastoinnin pitämiseen päällä.

Siisti ja edukas mesta keskellä kaikkea ja rantakin ihan vieressä. Viereisen Tipa resortin uimaallasta ja kuntosalia saa käyttää ja aamiaisbuffa maksaa erikseen 250bth jos haluaa

Moderni hotelli lähellä kaikkea
Toista kertaa samassa hotellissa, tällä kertaa ei Seaview huone johon aurinko paistaa iltapäivällä eli lämmintä. Huone moderni ja toimiva. Sain vaihdettua huoneen kauemmas kadusta koska liikenteen melu kuuluu hieman. Hyvä henkilökunta ja mukavat puitteet, yleensä kalliimpi mutta nyt kohtuu hintainen. Lähellä rantaa ja palveluita.

Moderni hotelli lähellä kaikkea
Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä rantaa, ostoksia ja ravintoloita. Muuten hieman hintava mutta nyt kohtuu edullinen. Tässä huoneessa oli merinäköala, oikein mukavaa. Liikenteen melu ei kuulunut ollenkaan, huone lämpenee koska aurinko paistaa sinne melkein koko päivän, kannattaa vetää verhot. Huoneessa pirteät värit ja modernit puitteet. Puhdas ja mukava. Kaikki toimii. Henkilökunta mahtavaa. Yövyin täällä myös toisen kerran.

La cama estuvo cómoda, la infinity pool a la que tienes acceso del resort Krabi Tipa está increíble y eso, junto con la excelente ubicación, fue la mejor parte de mi estancia de una semana en el lugar. No me gustó el olor de los baños, tanto los del lobby como los de la habitación, tampoco me gustó lo sucio que está el lobby. En las habitaciones no hay papel higiénico ni botellas de agua nuevas a menos que llegue un nuevo huésped y cuando este llegue ten cuidado porque puede que haya confusión de camas. En recepción me dieron la tarjeta y el locker con un número pero la cama de otro número porque alguien quiso pasarse a la cama que ya me habían asignado, y otro día le estaban dando mi cama a alguien más cuando yo ni siquiera había hecho check out (aún me quedaban 2 días de estancia)

깨끗하고 쾌적한 편이지만 프론트 직원이 친절하지 않았어요 비치타월도 제공된다고 안내되어있었지만 실제로 제공되지 않았고 택시 서비스도 마찬가지였습니다 샤워실은 배수구이 물이 잘 내려가지 않아 불편했습니다 반면 수영장 안내 ( 리조트) 직원분들은 무척 친절했습니다

The worst “hotel” i’ve stayed in my life. People from the “hotel” was an absolute mess, disrespectful, and rude. We wait for our room (they gave it 30 mins late), when we finally got the room the floor was a complete disaster, dirty as hell, and the sheets of the bed had some patch band aids stuck on it. The lobby reception they haven’t clean the floor in the last 5 years, the condition is poor and the staff don’t look to give attention (same happened with the corrider close to our room), absolutely disgusting. They don’t have pool, is part of the resort that it’s located in the backyard. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL (it is not an hotel)

Location good in middle close to beach but hotel in front of night club noise like I’m in the club can’t sleep like that , hotel crazy dirty everywhere it a hostel with have private rooms but it crazy dirty and look like stuff don’t care for the price we pay this is awful value , over pay , there 2 towels only no hand towel ,water in shower second running and then stop and cold water very slow , I can’t believe we pay 145$ this is crazy they should be shamed, pool look dirty and far from hotel so is breakfast for walk not the same building and is awful , like seriously for this price look something else , it just because we book last minute another way I newer come here , front desk stuff also rude not helpful I will later add photos no for kids or handicap, also hotel guests smoke and smell come inside my room , next door there some crazy person who going smoke every 20 minutes with her baby and baby crying like crazy while she smoke it was terrible poor baby , people some very trashy here , I mean if you like be around trash u can stay here I just end up here because last minute booking I didn’t know about this place , and to book this place from them cheaper then from Expedia we over pay

The perks: Location was great! About a two minute walk to the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars. Very friendly staff. This hotel only gives you one key for the room so if you are staying with family or friends you might to ask front desk to open the room. Also the air and power turn off in the room when you take the key out so if you want to keep the room cool you’ll need to ask the desk to open the room. A couple times after watching live music we got back late and had to call for assistance to open the room. Overall for the price and location it was a good room.

Stayed at this property for three night. Female only dorm was clean and quiet. A small refrigerator was in the room. They gave a clean towel and bottle of water everyday. Area is walkable with easy access to beach. Staff was friendly and common area is clean and well maintained. No social activities though. My only two complaints would be that the AC did not cool down the room too much and that the bathroom drain was not cleaned even after we asked to since the water was going down slowly.

L’emplacement est super ! Près de la plage. Le seul hic, je crois qu’il y a seulement une personne qui nettoie les chambres. 3 fois nous sommes partis a 10:00 AM et quand nous sommes revenus a 15:00 , la chambre n’était pas nettoyer. À deux reprises, nous avons changer les serviettes, pris les bouteilles d’eau, fait vider les poubelles, sans plus. Il manque carrément de personnel ! Dommage.

The hotel is smelly and the staff was very rude. The only plus side was it’s convenient located other than that don’t book here if you do have low expectations. My room smelled like cigarette smoke, the towels smelt like mildew.

The location is very good, close to the beach and plenty of surrounding amenities. The hotel itself looked relatively new but not looked after. During our stay we were woken up twice by other guests banging down doors (one actually broken down and damaged) but because no one is on reception overnight nothing could be done. Room and balcony were not cleaned properly, towels smelly and sheets not changed during 4 night stay. We were able to use the pool in the neighbouring hotel which was great however this was dirty and green around tiles and lighting and bird poo all over sun loungers. Staff not bothered at all when another guest mentioned it to them. Such a shame as this could be a lovely place to stay.

Such an incredible stay. We were only here for two nights but the service was top notch. We mentioned we were hiking Fansipan the next morning and the staff went out of the way to pack us a lunch. The room was comfortable and clean with a lot of thoughtful touches. I highly recommend staying here.

Durchschnittliche Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war schlecht beleuchtet und das Personal war leider nicht bereit, uns eine zweite Decke kostenlos zur Verfügung zu stellen. Sauberkeit im Gang ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche wurde nie geputzt - Sand und Haare lagen über mehrere Tage im Abfluss. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft, in der man nur zum Schlafen war.
