Check in and out 24/7 👍 Breakfast too expensive and Don't have to be so many-sided. 👎 Cleaners polite and effective. Person in-check in very kind and know a lot of Krakow. They were very helpfull. Thank you!

Don't stay here
I hated this place, mostly because of the service. From the beginning, some of the staff were very rude and patronising. I went to reception to say that my key card is not working and the staff member said "you need to push the door harder". I had to ask her to come and make sure I can get into my room. This hotel felt a bit like self/service. They had a water machine in the lobby, so I would need to go down multiple times per day, every time I need water. Breakfast buffet was great. Spa was great, but max 30 ppl, so I have read from reviews that you cannot always get in. So if you want a spa break, this is not your hotel. You will not get in if its busy. Location is 30 minute walk from centre of town. I would have preferred downtown, but there is a tram and Uber that can take you there. The staff did not inform me about bathrobes, but another guest told me that you can rent them. No slippers. The stay was full of minor inconveniences like this. I just wanted a bathrobe for the spa. I was travelling on business and felt like I am hassled the whole time by there little things and unhelpful staff. In the end there was some damage to my hotel room which I reported and offered to pay, only to be treated like a complete criminal by manager Thomasz. He got aggressive which I did not appreciate as a solo travelling female. The rooms were comfortable with good bed and heating, but no bathtub. I would not stay here again.

Mrs. Tuomola,Regarding to your complaint I would like to remind you that you are responsible person for destroying TV in our hotel room. Im full of admiration that you have any expectations after your rude behevior relative to all of employess AND GUEST in our hotel. However for you information we called for the police and when they came to your room no ones there. You run away without paying for damaged tv and late check out. The police investigation showed that you broke it by throwing a plastic bottle.Mrs. Tuomola I would like to inform you that criminal police secure material and evidence of this case, your data and image. Huipputason hotelli
Rauhallinen hotelli. Jonkin verran matkaa keskustaan, mutta raitiovaunu kulkee hotellin vierestä. Rakennus on uusi, huoneet puhtaita ja siistejä. Kaikki toimii täydelliseti, ehdotonta huippu palvelua ja laatua.

Property was modern and room was spacious, staff were efficient and quick when issue or request was reported. TV in room has internet access to connect to Netflix and YouTube which was great for rainy days! Daniel was amazing and friendly and deserves to be recognised for his service :)

Meget varmt!
Skønt hotel, kun 2,5 km. fra den gamle by. Sporvogn næsten ved døren. Morgenmaden var skøn, men deres morgenmad to-go (hvis man skal tidligt på tur) er uspiselig - tørt toastbrød med kedeligt ost samt en kage der var af tvivlsom oprindelse, og sandsynligvis pakket dagen før. Vi var der i feburar - og A/C virkede ikke - hvilket personalet måtte indrømme på 3. dagen. Tilgængæld virkede varmen, og der var 25-30 grader på værelset, også om natten. Det var ikke muligt at skrue ned eller slukke for varmen. Personalets løsning på "de varme nætter" var at vi skulle åbne altandøren og bare lade varmen være. Dvs. vi sov i træk og for åbne døre i feburar.... De har de skønneste kager.

I was in town for a meeting at the AGH University, which was within walking distance, so the location was very convenient for me. It was pleasant to see people walking and jogging around the park in the evening. I did not use public transportation but I saw tram stations nearby. Breakfast was very good and the AC Lounge was quite nice.

Wonderful stay in the winter
We had a Nice stay - 20 min walk to the city center, nice location in a green aria with a good view. The rooms where clean and modern, comfortable bed and the rooms where quite large. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast!

Reception staff friendly enough, but very pushy for extra charges. Make sure you get your invoice and same price you were quoted. Probably the least friendly people in all of Poland work here. The beds were very uncomfortable, room was definitely not up to cleanliness standards of other hotels in this class/rating. There is a big balcony which we paid extra for, but seats had no cushions and it was pretty dirty so didnt use it. Lots of noisy parties. Breakfast was fantastic. I would say typical big chain hotel brand to be honest. More worried about their image than the customers.

Beautiful hotel.
The hotel is beautiful and super clean. Although is not right in the center square, it is located right next to public transportation (short 15-18) minutes away. I would definitely recommend booking your next stay here. I stayed here during Christmas time and I took a picture of the hotel at night.
