Hyvä hotelli ihan keskustassa vanhassa kaupungissa, mutta astiasto puutteellinen. Ei meille kahdelle ollut yhtään pikkulusikkaa, ja vain 1 iso lusikka ja 1 haarukka ja 2 veistä!

Hotellin ennakkotiedot väärät
Vastaanotto ei ollut paikalla ennakkotietojen mukaan, tilaamamme aamiaiset eivät toteutuneet, pullovedet eivät olleet huoneessa, ei myöskään tyynyvalikoimaa, designhygieniatuotteet oli saippua ja shampoo, ei muuta.

Dear Guest , thank you for your opinion . To respond I would like to correct :the reception always try to provide the basis information to our tourist , there is not a problem. The breakfast was not included in the price. Yes there is no bottle of water but instead bags of coffee and tea and kettle there are in the room. Every bed in the room has 2 pillows per person, so in total double bed has 4 peaces and all them anti allergy. From my information, you didn't ask for more. In the bathrooms every day are available 2 soap bars and 2 shampoo , and also liquid soap.

Kaksi päivää Krakovassa
Varasin huoneen vasta taksimatkalla juna-asemalta, joten kovinkaan suuria tutkimuksia paikasta en ehtinyt tekemään. Siksipä hotelli olikin todella positiivinen yllätys hintansa ja sijaintinsa suhteen! Lisäksi hotellin pyörittäjä Mohammed oli aivan mahtava isäntä. Hauska, luotettava ja todella auttavainen. Ainoa huono puoli sinänsä oli kadulta varsinkin öisin melko hyvin huoneisiin kuuluvat humalaiset huudot, mutta meille nekään eivät ole suuri ongelma. Ehdottomasti suosittelen paikkaa tutuilleni.

Good location, disappointing room
Apartment has good locatipn in the middle pf the city. Although my room was very disappointing. Room and towels were clean. But room was very small and located next to reception point, so no privacy at all because I could hear every noise. Bed was queen size, but it was squeeking every time I even breathe. So, no recommendations from me.

Sijainti loistava. Huone siisti ja avara Hotelli/huone toisessa kerroksessa ja talossa ei hissiä, joten ei sovellu liikuntaesteiselle. Aamiainen toisessa rakennuksessa n 100 m, mutta erittäin runsas ja hyvä.

Competitive rate for the location
Excellent location. No problems with WiFi. Good shower. Breakfast served in the restaurant next block ok. Rooms facing the street might suffer from nightly noise at times. Airport transfer arranged through the hotel more expensive than regular taxi service.

The hotel was clean, quiet and convienent. Only a few doors down from the market square in the old town with heaps of dining close by. It was snowing in Krakow when we were there and the room was toasty and warm. Great to come back to after walking around the xmas markets.

The location was perfect. The room looked the same as shown in pics. The bathroom is a little old but was clean enough. The only issue we had was that the room description says "soundproof". However, it was not soundproof. It was really noisy over the weekend. We could hear people talking loudly in the middle of the night, and this disturbed our sleep There's also construction happening next door, so it was noisy by 8am on Monday.

Ideally located in the old town just off the main square so close to shops, restaurants and some attractions. Easy walking distance to other attractions and the train station. Beautiful old building, clean, spacious and warm apartment with kettle, fridge and tv. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. Room was on the front of the building so some slight noise but not too bad. Excellent value for money

3 nights in Krakow
stayed here for 3 nights, the positives are the location is extremely close to the main square but if you are a light sleeper the noise may keep you up during the weekend. The room was large and the service staff were polite, A good choice if you want to be right at the square and short walking distance to most attractions.

Location is super. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Property owner / manager is on site frequently and is great! The airline lost my baggage and I notified the manager. A few nights later we heard a very light knock on our door kind of late in the evening. We weren’t even sure it was our door but I went to check and our host was there with all of our lost baggage! Very kind people. Recommended unconditionally!

We arrived late but with one quick call the receptionist was there to greet us! He was amazing at getting us on the auschwitz tour which is why we came back to krakow! Really friendly and helpful. The room was big enough for purpose.

I stayed here with my best friend for 4 nights. It's in the middle of the center near the square. The owner is very friendly and helps you where ever he can!!!

Ingen heis. Lite lyst i oppgangen/inne i resepsjonen og hotel korridorene. På kvelden måtte vi bruke lommelykten på tlf’ene våre for å se hvor vi gikk. Rommet var ikke klart kl.14.00 og resepsjonen var ikke bemannet. Står det er døgnåpent, det er det ikke! Når vi ringte Tlf nummeret på utsiden av døren fikk vi ikke svar. Trengte 3 nøkler for å komme seg inn. Lytt som bare det på hotelet. Hørte andre sin telefon ringe gjennom hotel døren. Ikke rengjøring hver dag som det står på nettsiden. Måtte selv be om toalettpapir og rene håndklær. Eneste som var positivt var lokasjonen. Hotelet forsøkte seg på å skulle ta 100 Euro for mistet nøkkel. stod skilt i resepsjonen at det kostet 40 sloty for mistet nøkkel. Betalte de 40 sloty som er forståelig. Men måtte «diskutere» på prisen for tapt nøkkel. Sengene var gamle og harde! Ingen baggasje rom for oppbevaring. Kommer ikke tilbake!

Thank you for post stay review. Just to be honest: 3 keys had been lost not one. and a reception had a right to charge you. The staff had access to clean your room only one time because another two days you occupied the room all days with your boyfriend. Im sorry, that we respect your privacy. The Owner.

Non hanno un servizio di gestione bagagli..l'atrio sembra un bazar..insomma un po

Thank you for your post-stay. Unfortunately you had done your reservation not by Expedia but another reservations connection portal/system and communication was complicated with you. But hotel staff was waiting you till early morning hours due to your late train arrival. Lobby is decorated by hand made very valuable items ( boutique means special decorated ) and is pity to compare to "bazar " by you.
