”The building looks new! The room we stayed in (sixth floor) was clean, organized and the refrigerator was stocked. The Owner and local staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. If ever I go back to Athens, I will stay here again!”
”What an absolute gem this hotel is. Honestly one of our favourite places we’ve stayed for a city break.
The staff are exceptional. So friendly and helpful and just lovely. Every single one of them. From reception, wait team, cleaners - they couldn’t have been nicer.
The breakfast is delicious - we tried basically everything and it was all so good.
We had a family room as we have 3 kids and it was great - enough room for us all, lovely balcony, looked modern and stylish.

”It's a low-cost but very comfortable hotel.
--I got a fine deal but apparently it's available for as low as 70USD at times, which would be a steal.
--No reception desk but daily cleaning service and they replace your water and tea.
--Not in a tourist area so there is a nice selection of authentic restaurants and cafes nearby.
--Very quiet despite being on a major street and close to a hospital. Apparently the rooms are soundproofed.

”I have travelled a lot, but in Coco-Mat I found The most friendliest and helpful Staff Ever. The room was beautiful and had all we needed. They have amazing rooftop terrace with a perfect view. We ordered pizza to The hotel and enjoyed that on The roof. Most romantic thing. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
”Location was good, you could walk to all the major atractions in the city. The service was also great with lot of time spent on arrive to go through details like where to find nearby services and how to get to those places we wanted to see. A halfday trip to the coast arranged by the hotel was worth the money.
The only negative thing was that based on the pictures you might think that the graden shown belongs to the appartment and is your privat use, but actually it's common area.”

”We stayed at The Social Athens for our family trip. Our rooms were ready early when we arrived. Our rooms were very clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with many options available. It was a short walk to Plaka and the other sites from our hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”
”Best hotel for a quiet street at the edge of the city center. Breakfast was better than excellent and the service was very polite. The rooms have quite recently been stylishly renovated and remodeled. The hygiene and cleanliness was top class.”
”Excellent location to walk to all major attractions in the area. Nice 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, a full bathroom and a separate half bathroom! The main bathroom seems to be somewhat recently renovated but the shower separation was poorly detailed and you get the floor in front of the sink wet, no matter how hard you try to avoid it. There is also a washer/dryer in the bathroom, as well as a drying rack, which makes it very convenient.
Communication was a tad slow but did not take...
