Mainio paikka parille päivälle
Huone oli kookas ja siisti, yksityiskohdissa kulumia mutta yleisvaikutelma hieno. Puolivälistä rakennusta näkymät kaupungin keskellä eli paljon korkeita taloja ympärillä. Sijainti hieman syrjässä julkisen liikenteen kannalta, toisaalta monorailin toimivuuskin jätti parantamiselle reilusti mahdollisuuksia. Nähtävyyksille kävelymatkat, jotka helteessä tuntuvat yllättävän pitkille. Vieressä bilekatu, jossa keskinkertaista ruokaa ja alkoholia. Siisteys erinomainen ja työntekijöiden palvelualttius sekä ystävällisyys viimeisen päälle kohdallaan. Aamiainen tuntui olevan ihan ok, toisaalta muita kaupunkeja nähneenä nousi sittemmik muistoissa hyväksi. Kunhan oivallat kyökin ikkunasta tilata seisovan pöydän lisukkeet.

I would rate the average for this property. Breakfast is geared towards low-quality food. All Indian breakfast. When I am travelling I prefer the opportunity to taste local cuisine. Staff at breakfast mostly cannot speak or communicate in English. Stayed in a similar grade hotel in Penang; this was a total disappointment. With lack of maintenance to the building. Though renovated, there is no concept of maintenance. The lobby smells like curry. The front desk only knows about how to checkin and checkout; the frontdesk staff have zero knowledge of the surroundings and any questions one may ask about KUL. You need to hire local Malayan talent. Looks like most of the staff are overseas on work-permits The hotel owner needs to seriously look at maintaining the Ramada Suites level. I don't know how they got the Ramada franchise. I hope the owner review my comments about the property and pay attention, otherwise, the way this is being managed , in a year's time this will be in ruins .

Location is very central, close to shops and restaurants. Shopping malls are at walking distance. Good for family with kids. We took double bedroom and it suited us well. Staffs are welcoming and very helpful.

Its the 3rd time i stayed here, not much has changed in the last 10 years. The staff and manageress were very friendly and helpful. The dining and bar is currently been renovated but work was stopped and not much was happening for a while.

Check in was a bit messy as I was going to pay by cash I was asked to go out and bring the cash. Was not willing to accept my credit card as a hold until I checked in and went out to a money exchange to bring the local currency. There was a cockroach in our room. Restaurant staff, particularly the head Nishantha Samaranayake was great.

This hotel is nicer and a better value than other nearby hotels I have stayed in, still in the bar district but in the opposite direction of most foot traffic.

Hotel was great the only thing it is not very well sound proofed. So if you are one of those that can’t sleep because of noise keep that in mind. All the bars are supper close and stay loud and open until 4am or more. Aside from that the room was very clean.
