”Best stay we had on any of the islands. Staff is outstanding, and the location is first rate. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the views are incredible. Beach toys and bikes to use along with tasty banana bread. Would definitely stay here again.”

”I do not recommend booking this hotel. The service was very poor and the staff had a bad attitude. When we arrived on the first day, they gave us the wrong room. Also, they’re cleaning every 2 days only. They told us we would receive a refund after check-out, but after following up one month later, they said there would be no refund for the one night we checked out early. This felt very unfair.”

”Loved walking out our door and being right on the beach. Loved the convenience of the bar and restaurant and its proximity to the beach. Didn’t love that the only practical way to park was to use the valet service (even though the valets were extremely courteous and efficient). Also loved that, even though we’re an older couple, we found the family-friendly atmosphere and quiet nights comfortable and relaxing.”

”We enjoyed our stay at this little condo. Couple things we would change if we could: the pool is small and not a place we wanted to spend time - totally unusual for us. We love the water and pools but this one was small and odd. The condos are right on top of each other. Almost every morning we were awakened by our neighbor on her lanai talking on her phone at 7:15ish - and their TV every night was very audible. If possible, I would stay on the 3rd floor next time so as not to hear people...

”the host was available and responsive when needed. i booked at the last minute, and was graciously accommodated. the room was as in photos. very clean with all amenities needed for a pleasant visit. you can’t beat the location! I was a resident on Kauai for 10 years, and being in Poipu was a desirable area since it is convenient to restaurants and shopping if that’s of interest for you. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again myself in the future. ”
