”Our stay at David's was wonderful. There was a leak in the AC when we first turned it on due to the drastic temperature change, but David immediately called and he and his daughter came by 30 minutes later to install a drip catcher panel. Shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided, as well as some dishware. Location was great, right across the street from Safeway and Wailua shave ice. Would stay here again!”

”Check in was easy and very clean place. The WiFi worked perfect and having a fridge helped a lot. The location was great and we were close to everything being on the east side. The best part was it was a 2 minute walk to the beach to sit and relax and listen to the waves. I would recommend people to stay here and I would definitely stay again. ”

”Well kept grounds. Quiet complex. Clean and adequate swimming pool. Great communication from host. Exactly as described. Great place for a single or a couple to crash at the end of a day of sight seeing. Nothing exotic…basically a large hotel room…but that’s what we expected for the price and that’s what we wanted. Would rent again. ”

”This resort property is ideally located near Kapa’a, convenient to a grocery store, numerous dining options and beaches. The grounds are well kept, the pool is lovely with its waterslides and lagoon sand-bottom hot tubs. The beach is pretty with chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs for use. However, it is a rocky beach and waves/current are strong and not ideal for swimming or snorkeling.
