”Great location and convenient in Poipu”

”This is a great property in Princeville. You get a peek of the ocean from your back patio, but there's also an amazing huge tree that makes the perfect view. Kitchen is well stocked and even had a soft sided cooler that we utilized for long beach days. There were beach chairs and an umbrella that we got a ton of use out of as well. Each room has a ceiling fan and a floor fan that kept us cool enough at night with no A/C. The pool is small, but has an 8ft deep end and our kids LOVED it. Foodland...

”This place was dated and on the dirty side. The curtains on the slider had mold on them so it smelled like mold as soon as you walked in. Opened the slider and windows and it did air out. I read the reviews and they were mixed and the description said all updated furniture and floors. It must be an old description because it was not.”

Host provided detailed and useful information pre-trip, space was clean, bed was comfortable, AC blew cold, outside area felt very private, and overall it was everything we could ask for out of the property itself. ”Great house - can walk to shipwreck beach or down to poipu beach pretty easily and a good location for a base to explore the island. Each bedroom having a bathroom makes it really easy to live and get ready to go out. We really enjoyed the stay at the house - beds were great, didn't see a single bug the entire time we were there (at the house). Def recommended!”
