”Nice location, close to the beach and the access to the pool was a bonus. The pool was shared, but it was only shared with a few other places and was very quiet the entire time we were there.”

”After 51 at the same vacation spot, we decided to try out this property. It did NOT disappoint! With elderly parents, parents in their mid-fifties, late teens and younger kids, there was something for everyone. Seamless communication began at the time of booking, and response for questions was within minutes. Before arrival, very clear check-in instructions were provided. Elevator provided ease for bringing up people with accessibility needs and belongings/food as well. Well-stocked kitchen...

”Property was spotless and the crew managing the business were extremely helpful. Spacious and inviting unit. Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit.”

”I thought the houseboat was terrific. Very well appointed, clean and well-designed. The admin staff was very responsive and helpful. I am disappointed though that they charged me 50 for an early check that was only two hours prior to the regular check in time. This is the “off-season” and there was no need for them to schedule any quick turn around with their cleaning service to accommodate my request. A bit of a money grab if you ask me. All in all, a super fun place to host a party and an...
