”A very nice hotel in a very handy location, in a quiet corner of Sentosa entertainment island. Located by the sea, W has a resort feel, and yet you’re a 15-minute taxi trip away from city centre. There’s a free shuttle every hour or so to Resort World (feat. Universal theme park and more) and to Vivo City mall (feat. Harbour Front metro station) on the city side, it only takes about 15 minutes to the latter.

”Hotel was located nearby the cenral area. Public transport also very good so easy to navigate all over the city. Receptionist clerk was bit rude when we checked in. Gym was well equipped.”
”The hotel has a nice location on Sentosa island near Imbiah station (Sentosa express monorail). You get to use the Sentosa express for free with a QR-code you get from the hotel reception. The staff is friendly, we were always greeted when passing the reception. Our room was always cleaned well enough (as it should be of course). The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle bus to Beach Station and Vivo City, and back, going every half hours. If you want to party a little, there is a nice rooftop...

”Excellent hotel. Every staff member was out-of-this-world nice. Big, quiet rooms, great showers, great amenities, great breakfast. I have no real complaints.
The following would be my extremely minor notes on what to improve:
-The internet wasn't the fastest. Good enough to work, but as someone who does video editing for a living, buffering times were slow.
-The elevators are quite slow.
-The gym is really small and borderline useless, and kind of annoyingly located next to the check-in...
”The hotel is located in the heart of China Town. It is in a perfect location to explore all the interest places e.g. in China Town and in Marina Bay. The restaurants and food markets are reachable in few minutes walking. The stuff was extremely polite and helpfull. The room was small, but very clean and with a nice view. Everything working fine! The filtered water in the room is handy. The pool area is nice too. I enjoyed my staying - 4 nights! I would absolutely recommend to stay here.”
”Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience. ”
