The Lake Barkley Oasis offers a peaceful and relaxing vacation rental with stunning views, lake access, and nearby attractions. The property sits on 3 acres, next to 20 acres of conservation land, providing a serene and natural setting for your stay. Grand Rivers is just 20 minutes away and offers restaurants, shopping, and a spa. The Land Between the Lakes, a 170,000 acre National Recreation Area, offers hiking, fishing, horseback riding, off-road trails, and a nature center.
There are 3 bedrooms, queen, king and two twins on the main floor and 2 baths. King bedroom has en suite and day bed. Lower level has living area and half bathroom, completed remodeled in 2025. The main floor was completely renovated in 2022 and has all new beds and linens. Brand new, well stocked kitchen. Two large covered porches with wood and lake view. The property does not have a dock. Three kayaks are available for use, one tandem and two singles. There is a public boat ramp less than a 1/2 mile from the house. Marinas are 15 minutes away. Lots of wildlife live in the area. We are visited by deer daily and also see toads, blue-tailed skinks, turtles, humming birds and many other birds. Internet is limited in the area, but we have a mobile hot spot with a router. It provides streaming TV and online access. Please note Lake level is controlled by Army Corps of Engineers and is lower during Fall and Winter, still accessible but a further walk.
