”Stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for a flight the next morning. A wonderful hotel! Staff were very accommodating and kind! The room was clean and premises were absolutely beautiful. I wish I had more time here to enjoy the spa, restaurant, etc but hope to return in the future.”

”Brand new property; very clean and well designed. Beautiful lobby with separate lounge and reading spaces, dining space, bar and outside seating. Excellent self serve buffet breakfast with wide variety of hot and cold food options and even some cook to order items (eg. eggs cooked to order). Free social on Wednesday evenings with food and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, beautiful rooms (no carpet!) with lovely mountain views, full sized fridge, and well designed bathroom....

”We really enjoyed our stay on our last night in Costa Rica. Staff was friendly, on-site restaurant was delicious! Walking distance to a few restaurants and a market. Pool was nice. The property itself is showing its age. Our room had a musty smell, but was very clean otherwise. Airport shuttle was very convenient! Would stay here again.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and we never felt otherwise during our stay. The building itself is a bit worn and has more of a hostel-style feel. While that may work well for some travelers, we were personally hoping for more of a bed-and-breakfast atmosphere”

”Perfect base for visiting the Poas Volcano and other sights in the area. From the hotel you can see the volcano so no guessing the weather and it's just a short ride to the national park. The hotel and rooms are modern and cozy, nice sofas with small fireplace to enjoy in the lobby area. Good restaurant.”

Under property information it states that they provide tour assistance when in reality all they provide is a car service and nothing else you have to do your homework on what’s to do in the area.We were also promised a to go breakfast but at check out there was nothing left for us.
