”The Marriott Hacienda Belen is the only hotel where I stay in San Jose. I have been there 15+ times as it’s the best way to finish a Costa Rica trip before getting back. The convenience of the shuttle to the airport is a must. This hotel has been consistent through the years with impeccable facilities, multiple food outlets, great brunch buffet, welcoming staff and pristine rooms. The place is just beautiful in a very special historic building. I have been recommending it to family and friends....

”Enjoyed the stay, casino was a little small only had slots going no tables that was a little disappointing but it was fine. Would stay here again if needed to stay in area. Close to airport.”

The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. There was private parking and street parking. Owners gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. "Convenient location close to the airport, shuttle buses operate 24 hrs and the hotel sends you information about the details before arrival. The staff at the breakfast was amazing and very friendly, especially Raúl who brought me fresh fruits from the kitchen 😊."
