”The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”

”This hotel was the one we stayed in before our flight to the US the next day. There was a quick check in. They had a garage to park the rental car. The suite was ample. No air conditioner. It had fans and we opened the windows. That part was a bit uncomfortable since a train passes by like every 15 minutes. It was very loud. Thank God it stopped going by before bedtime. The hot breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, rice, toast, fruit, drinks. The hotel was close to restaurants and malls.”

The bar next door has super loud terrible karaoke, the place was dark, they didn’t have my booking accounted for, it took them over 40 minutes to figure out what to do, they called some guy on the phone who spoke to me in a bad tone, and then they paid for an uber to move me to another location over 5 minutes away (at almost 1am) when the main reason I booked this place is because it was right in front...

”Falta aseo en pisos , ubicación de la ducha inadecuado Sin privacidad, cortinas de habitación en horas de madrugada con el viento se cayeron , con gran estruendo sobre la cama , 8 am no hay ningún tipo de mantenimiento , exigimos cambio de habitación y nos costó ya que pedían más dinero , les y se notar que al contrario era deber de ellos como empresa compensarnos nuestro inconveniente o incidente o de lo contrario tendrían que entrar en devolución de nuestro dinero y nosotros abandonar el...
