”Kaikki loistavaa:staff, location, nice pool,good breakfast, .”

”This was a nice hotel, but not five-star quality. Restaurant service was very slow for dinner, wine did not arrive in time, getting a bill was almost impossible. There was no service, towels or drinks available at the outdoor pool by 5pm. The jacuzzi in the indoor spa was not working properly. Staff was not as attentive as they should at this price range. However, location was nice by the lakeside, boats to Sirmione leave by the hotel, and the rooms are nice and clean”

”Absolutely fantastic! Rooms are great and have a small kitchen which was nice. We had a stunning view from the balcony. Pool and hot tub are lovely and there is lots of space in various outdoor locations of the hotel to enjoy the view from. The lady at the reception was a superstar, she was so friendly and helpful. Wish we would have had time to stay for longer. Big recommendation! We hope to be back!”

”This was my first stay at a 4 star hotel. Regardless of what others write, that the property is 3.5 stars, I think it is fantastic. My room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake. The area around was quiet. It was a short walk to the beach promenade, where there were a handful of good and reasonably priced restaurants. On my visit, I was always able to find parking for my car in the parking lot, but it was full every night. At the front desk, I always received a hello and have a...

”Siisti perushotelli, palvelu erinomaista ja lokaatio Sirmionessa hyvä. Kuvissa ollut uima-altaan kuva läheisestä thermal -kylpylästä.”

”Staff was helpful and we got really useful info.”

”We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly as described, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The staff truly made a difference — they were exceptionally friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Despite arriving late in the evening, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and a smile, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Everything felt smooth and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and...
