”The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this...

”This property could not have been more perfect for us! We loved it from the moment we drove through the gates and parked. Right away, you are facing the house, the pool and the Pacific Ocean -- all just steps away! We were immediately caught up in that beautiful view! Note that the road to get there is all dirt road and it feels like you are driving to the middle of no where but once you get to the stone road you are right there.”
