The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 34 m² flat for rent in La Bresse, with a ski station within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 5 people (ideally 2 adults and 3 children, as the bunk beds are not suitable for adults). Located on the 8th floor (with lift), it has a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a separate sleeping area, a shower room and a balcony. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A separate sleeping area with a sliding door and a bunk bed that sleeps three. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults but for children.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Additional equipment: raclette machine, fondue machine, clotheshorse, hairdryer, etc.

Outside:
- An approximately 8 m² south-south-east-facing balcony to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

What to do :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits:

In summer :
- Over 250 km of waymarked footpaths and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Forest walks and numerous lakes, Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (5 minutes' walk from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, ice rink.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park, with several unnumbered spaces.

- A winter shuttle service to the ski slopes.
- Nearest train station: Remiremont station, 40 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine airport, 2 hours 04 minutes away by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Sheets and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- There is a locked cupboard in the ski room.
- The bunk beds are not suitable for adults but for children.
