Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in La Bresse, within walking distance of the ski resort (Belle Hutte chairlift 900m; Vologne Express chairlift 1.2 km), with a floor area of 50 m² and sleeping up to 5 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fully-fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of approximately 900 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.

Outdoors:
- A 9m² terrace, covered by a balcony and facing west
- A garden of approximately 900 m², with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in La Bresse Hohneck, in a very pleasant setting. Essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market, are 8 km from the property

Activities:
La Bresse, situated in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for both summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the ‘Famille Plus Montagne’ label. The Vosges offer a wealth of activities and leisure pursuits in both summer and winter:

In winter:
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas, including La Bresse-Hohneck (a 3-minute drive away), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small, family-friendly resorts: Lispach (6 slopes) and Brabant (3 slopes).
- Cross-country skiing: the Lispach Nordic centre: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, an international biathlon stadium, a floodlit trail, toboggan runs and an ice rink.

In summer:
- Over 250 km of marked walking trails and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux and Lac de Lispach, fishing for pike, carp, perch and trout...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial biking…
- Places to visit: sweet shop, clog-making workshop, Gérardmer (25 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away).
