This unique studio has modern kitchen & bath with granite details. It features a king-sized bed, shared rooftop patio with propane grill, secure garage, free laundry, & high speed wifi. We provide everything you need from 1 week's worth of essentials (water, paper towels, coffee, etc.) to beach chairs, a cooler and more.



The Space:

Experience a relaxing stay in this beautifully appointed ground level studio apartment. The open layout includes a comfortable bedroom area with a king sized bed, a modern kitchen with granite surfaces, and a well designed bathroom with in-shower bench and large granite vanity. The studio is perfectly situated on the ground level (no stairs required) providing direct access to the inviting saltwater swimming pool. The property is fully equipped with high-speed wireless internet, a laptop-friendly workspace, and laundry on same level as studio. We provide beach chairs, a cooler backpack and 2 paddleboards to use at the beach, just 1 block away. Guests can also enjoy the shared covered rooftop terrace, which offers amazing marina, ocean and mountain views.



Guest Access:

For your convenience, we offer a truly keyless beach experience throughout your stay. We will send a single code that will open both the main building entrance and apartment door. You will have full private access to your entire apartment and your own outdoor dining area. Beyond your front door, you can enjoy the shared outdoor spaces, including the saltwater pool, scenic rooftop patio with ocean views and secure garage with shared washer and dryer.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the authentic charm of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle from our perfectly located apartment. Our safe, walkable neighborhood makes it easy to explore. You are just a short stroll from the town square, local fish market, and marina. Whether you want fresh dining, lively bars, or community events like movie nights and live music, everything is within easy reach. Experience a relaxed residential atmosphere while staying minutes away from the best local attractions.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our location. We are within walking distance of the beach, the local marina, the fish market and the town center, making it easy to explore on foot. If walking is a challenge, golf carts are available for rent nearby. Uber and local taxis are affordable and reliable options for airport transfers or trips to neighboring towns. If you plan to explore the wider Banderas Bay area, the bus is within a 5-minute walk, but renting a car is also great choice, and you will have full access to our secure garage parking throughout your stay.



Other Things to Note:

This studio apartment (casita) and pool area were added in 2018 to existing 3-story home. The outdoor amenities (pool and rooftop), garage and laundry are shared with the attached 3-bedroom house (but the apartment/casita has a private entrance). Inquire about renting both the house and the studio for a truly private beach vacation experience.



Check-in time is 3pm (15:00) and check-out is 11:00am (but it's possible these can be flexible if needed). We welcome couples with a child or infant. Pets are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property and events are not allowed. We ask that you respect our general quiet hours, from 10pm-8am. Free garage and street parking is available for your convenience. The house is located 1 block from a quiet beach and the marina. It's a 4-minute walk into the center of town. It's in a very safe residential neighborhood, but we do have to mention that streets are mostly cobblestone and have been challenging for those with strollers/wagons for very young children. A golf cart rental may be suggested if you have mobility issues or tiny children to cart with you.

- If you're staying more than a week, let us know if you'd like to add an extra visit from our cleaning lady for a small added fee.
