The interior design has been carefully cared for with the sole intention of offering you the best option in the bay.

It has a king size bed, a bunk bed with 2 single beds, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace.

High-speed Wi-Fi, 64-inch Smart TV with streaming applications, Air Conditioning and Fan. Terrace furniture and chairs with umbrellas to go to the nearby beaches.

Our apartment in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a perfect place to rest, to explore new beaches, spend time with the family and stay in a beautiful place facing the sea.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment has a washing machine and dryer which will also allow you to have long stays if you wish.

You will have beach towels and bath towels.

The building has 2 swimming pools. Two facing the sea and another on the top floor. There you can have a spectacular view of the entire Bay. It also has a fully equipped gym and spaces to have a business meeting.

The apartment does NOT have a private parking space. There is plenty of free parking next to the building.

Zantamar has an Ideal Location:

It is very close to the marina and the town of la Cruz. Perfect for a getaway for couples, friends or family.

It is within one of the fastest growing areas of the Bay.

In La Cruz De Huanacaxtle you can also go to the best restaurants in the surrounding area - Punta Mita and Bucerías. In addition, there are always options for recreational activities nearby.

Zantamar is located in the La Manzanilla Beach area. In the area you can find restaurants on the beach with delicious seafood, music and a good atmosphere to spend a day on the beach. It is also surrounded by virgin beaches where you can surf or quieter beaches to swim and spend the day contemplating.

Very close to the Marina and the marina as well as the main square of La Cruz. Be sure to visit the Sunday market in Marina La Cruz in high season.

The apartment is in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, a Mexican fishing town located in Banderas Bay of the Pacific Ocean in the state of Nayarit. It is located approximately 25 km from Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. The name of the town comes from a cross made of Huanacaxtle wood that is located at the entrance of the town.

The town is located between Bucerías and Punta Mita, an excellent option in the Riviera Nayarit for active and adventurous travelers who like to explore new places, new beaches and new environments.

If you arrive by car from Guadalajara, it is 15 minutes from the entrance past the last booth.

It is today one of the fastest growing places in the Riviera Nayarita.

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle offers a wide range of cuisine as well as activities such as fishing, boat rides and, in high season, going to see humpback whales.

Also don't forget to visit the famous "Market of the Sea" of La Cruz. There you can buy any seafood product. Fishermen arrive daily with the day's catch.

If you do not come with a car, it is recommended to rent a car since the area has beautiful beaches nearby. There is also the option of taking public transportation a 3-minute walk away. You can always request a taxi.
