Sleeping arrangements This entire condo accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 baths. Each bedroom includes bed linens and clothing storage, with natural light filtering in to create a relaxed setting for winding down after days spent along the beach. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment, and the bathrooms offer hot water and a hair dryer. Outdoor living The private patio or balcony provides a place to enjoy bay, beach, garden, ocean, and sea views. Outdoor furniture invites you to pause and linger, whether you are soaking in the scenery or unwinding after time at the nearby pools or beach. Free parking on the premises and free street parking add convenience throughout your stay. Kitchen and dining A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to prepare your own meals. The space includes a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. A dining table offers room for shared meals, quiet breakfasts, or simple evenings at home before stepping out to enjoy the coastline. Comfort and amenities Inside, you will find Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, bed linens, clothing storage, and hot water. A carbon monoxide alarm and private entrance provide additional ease and peace of mind. Self check-in with a lockbox allows you to arrive on your own schedule, and long term stays are welcomed for 28 days or more. Resort and community access Guests have access to nearby resort facilities, including pools, outdoor lounge areas, a fitness center, and a spa. Beach access - beachfront makes it easy to spend time by the water, with gentle waves and soft sand close at hand. An elevator in the building supports simple movement throughout the property. Neighborhood Cruz de Huanacaxtle is part of the Riviera Nayarit, offering 305 kilometers of coastal scenery and a tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C. The area blends natural beauty with a tranquil atmosphere, creating a setting where you can enjoy time by the ocean, explore the shoreline, or simply relax into the gentle pace of life by the bay.
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access. Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
