”The company’s policy of no early check-in, even though the room was available, was absurd. The room itself was not what we expected; it was old and in poor condition, contrary to the pictures on the website. To top it off, there was no internet access during the entire stay.

”Below average as is not only outdated but smelly. We had 2 rooms and one could not be used to shower as the place was poorly designed and the shower water run out of the bathroom towards the room’s floor. there was no bath/edge to contain the water in the shower area. There are weird steps inside the room, catching my toes every time I walked to the toilet. There were drilling noises coming from next door at midnight. The staff said there was nothing they could do. Didn’t even offer to change...
