The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect. The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience and we will return one of these days, as long as it is available!”

”We booked Hotel Nella to visit Florence next day, the plan was to visit Firenze by train and it worked out a very well by dropping the rental car to free parking space of railway station. This was an excellent and good hotel for the price in April 2019. Rooms were very clean and very quiet, and the assistance from the staff was excillent during the night when my fiance needed to visit the local hospital when she got suddenly ill. All the staff spoke ver good english and supported the stay...
