Luxury Home näkymät Arenal Volcano ja järviä Arenal & Ceiba Tree

Tämä hiljattain rakennettu (2012) tilava 3 makuuhuoneen / 4 WC koti sijaitsee 2 yksityistä hehtaarin vieressä Arenal Volcano State Park. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma terassi vanha Ceiba puu ja näkymät Arenal Volcano ja Lake. Avoin asettelu mahdollistaa viileä vuori tuulet virrata kotiin. Nauti harrastus baarissa / pelihuone ja vilvoitella uima-altaassa tai rentoutua porealtaassa suorat näkymät viimeisen tunnistinpinta tulivuori. Ihanteellinen ryhmille / perheille (nukkuu 6-12 henkilöä). Nauttia aterioita keitetyt meidän henkilökohtainen kokki (saatavilla pyynnöstä) tai valmistaa oman kulinaarisia luomus meidän täysin varusteltu gourmet-keittiö. Siivouspalvelu tarjotaan joka toinen päivä. Pesulapalvelu saatavilla pyynnöstä.

Sijaitsevat minuutin El Castillo, Sky Trek Zip-Line Katos Tours, melonta ja ATV vuokria. Ratsain retkiä vesiputouksia tai kalastusretkiä järvellä tai Rion Frio voidaan järjestää. Hieronta hoito on saatavilla Blue Lagoon Spa vain 500 metrin mäkeä ylös. Hot Springs ja La Fortuna ovat vain 30 minuutin päässä. Paeta päivittäistä stressiä työtä viikon paratiisissa nuorentaa sielusi ja kytke sinulle, mitä elämä on tarkoitus olla.

Omaisuus on lähellä neitsyt pilvi metsä. Tutustu kilometrejä retkeilyreittejä läpi sademetsän jotka johtavat alas lähellä Rio Piedras Negras. Kömmähdys apina, tukaanit, villi kalkkunat, papukaijat, coati Mundis (alias Pizotes), tayras ja enemmän voidaan säännöllisesti huomasi talosta ja sen läheisyydessä.

WiFi laajakaista internetyhteys on mukana. Viritä internet-radio kaikkialta maailmasta tai katsella DVD-elokuvia ja Netflix on 42 "HDTV.

Fantastic home and great hosts. The location is perfect for exploring the Arenal volcano area. Accomodations are superb and communication was top tier. Stephanie, the caretaker was very accomodating and kind. Highly recommend!

It was a great house that met all our needs. The view and pool met the luxury category. The inside of the house and layout was great. And for the price it seemed they could have offered a hair dryer and hand towels and wash cloths. The beds and linens were far from luxury and your run of the mill finds. It also could benefit from a deep clean, although again, it meets your typical VRBO rental but for luxury I think I had higher expectations. Beds were hard and one of the families we traveled with said they would have preferred to sleep in one of the hammocks. The listing said there was laundry we never needed it but of course we looked for it and could not find. The neighbors were nice and checked on us a few times. The jungle love “restaurant” near by was a gem and we lucked out bc she only takes reservations. It’s a one women show and she cooks for groups and families. The road was pretty bad but we weren’t too put off by that since that’s kind of typical for Costa Rica. The check out instructions said to take out the trash but we could not find where to leave it. The neighbor was gone and the host not responsive. The lockbox also looked like it could use some maintenance. Would I stay again? If there was nothing else that met the requirements for three beds a pool and secure area- sure!

It was a great fit for our family. Beautiful view and we were able to see Toucans. Walking distance to a cute little restaurant. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Host was super helpful with suggestions of where to get groceries, food and with excursions. My only suggestion is to make sure you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

The house was simply amazing and our host was helpful, communicative and went above and beyond to ensure a good stay. The photos do not do justice to the inside of the home and it's cleanliness. The location is remote enough that you feel like a local and can get out of the crowds and hustle or La Fortuna, but close enough to get to activities in a timely manner. The home was well stocked with clean towels and bedding and the rooms and amenities were just as described, yet better!I cannot recommend this property enough. We were only a family of three but could easily have invited several friends. Perfect for large families!

Beautiful views of the lake and surrounding area. The property was well maintained and very safe. It had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels for showers and poolside. Plenty of room for gathering inside and out. The pool and hot tub was a welcomed addition. Private balconies for each bedroom. It was absolutely amazing!

Beautiful location over seeing the landscape, volcano and lake. We enjoyed everyday of our stay. Great location, enjoy the pool everyday. The rooms were very nice and had ac, fortunately we didn’t need to really use them. Sliding doors made it nice to open and get natural air to come in and flow throughout the house. Great hot water and pressure. Loved this place…

Such a beautiful hidden gem - incredible views of Lake Arenal, the volcano and the lovely grounds, including resident toucans in the trees!Jim’s home is perfect for a family or a group, with a pool and multiple balconies overlooking the property, lots of space to stretch out and kitchen amenities for making meals. Stephanie, the caretaker, lives next door and was incredibly responsive when we needed help. The home is very secure and quiet - the perfect oasis close to the Arenal National Park, hot springs and other adventure activities. It has a more remote feeling than staying in La Fortuna, so is perfect for those looking to get away from the typical tourist hot spot. Jim was incredibly communicative and had loads of great resources to share. The road up to the home can feel intimidating, but the views once there are more than worth it.

Great property and location

My wife and I stayed here with my parents and my brother and the space was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub were great and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The road up the hill to the property can seem a little intimidating at first but it's really not bad at all. The location is nice and secluded and close enough to La Fortuna without being too far. Overall we loved our stay here

Beautiful home. Immaculate. Amazing views. Owner was helpful and a young person who manages property is next door for anything that comes up. It is a little hard to get to but well worth it. Lake Arenal and the volcano are right there. Lots to do within reach.

We stayed first week in March. The location and view was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Several good restaurants nearby and decent variety store for supplies at the bottom of the hill otherwise a 30 minute drive to the supermarket in Fortuna. The actual owner, Jim, is who you deal with and he was an amazing resource answering the many questions I had before coming and while there about local attractions. He provided super descriptive directions for the final part of the trip including pictures and even a video of the drive up the mountain. This came in handy when my phone ran out of power and we lost google maps use. Found the place without it easily. Didn’t really need 4 wheel drive but the extra clearance of an SUV probably helped as it is a bumpy road up the mountain but really no problem. The weather was great. Used the pool everyday. And it was nice to have Netflix and Apple Tv for the evenings. All in all we loved our stay there and would certainly stay there again if ever back in CR

Although a little out of the way from a lot of the activities we did the views from the house of the lake and the volcano were beautiful. Host was very responsive and provided a lot of good information for our stay. The only criticism that I would give of the house is the overall cleanliness. The kitchen was quite dirty. It didn’t appear that the countertops had been wiped off. The table cloth was stained as well as some other linens. The pots and pans were not great for cooking although they got the job done. Body wash was provided in bathrooms but no shampoo or conditioner. Would have been nice to have some beach towels available. Would also be a bonus to have access to a washer/dryer. Easy fixes. Overall great house and host.
