I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which I’m grateful for and got to be in the over water bungalows. The food was delicious, especially the lobster!! The staff, location… I reiterate, everything! ”Surfari was a great place to stay. The breakfast was really good and we slept well as there was not that much noises from the streets (sometimes heavy rain, barking dogs or a rooster crowning woke us up). The staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were very basic, quite small, but clean and hot water in the shower was a great value. There were 2 kitchens where you can prepare your own meals with lots of kitchen equipments.”

”El Jaguar oli hyvä hostelli todella edulliseen hintaan. Palvelu oli ystävällisiä ja apuja ja neuvoja liittyen lähialueen tutkailuun, ravintoloihin ym sai varmasti pyytäessä. Huone oli siisti ja jaettu kylpyhuonekin ihan hyvässä kunnossa. Yhteinen keittiö- ja oleskelutila oli toimiva ja maisemat mahtavat. Tunnelma oli rento ja baarin juomat halpoja. Majoituksesta ei siis jäänyt mitään hampaankoloon, mutta itse saari Isla Bastimento ei meille avautunut. Paikka oli todella likainen ja...

”We stayed two nights at Colibri in February. The place is nicely designed, so that all the cabins have patios directly towards the sea. We had the second cabin counting from the beach, and the passing motorboats didn't disturb us at all, which might be the case with the last one. The bathrooms are nice and clean, and you get hot water. You have sun on the front patio till the mid afternoon and you can even have a swim from the last two cabins where the water is a bit deeper.
