”We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but were very disappointed with our latest visit. There was nobody at reception therefore we had no idea where to get keys etc. We eventually phoned someone and was told our room number and the key is in the door! Only one towel and no one to ask for another until we were leaving. The shower head had not been cleaned for ages and therefore water spraying from all angles. TV turned on during the night a couple of times and woke us up! ...

”The hotel was ok, but room Number 45, they seriously need to fix the shower! First only ice cold water, then maybe 5sec ok Temperature, then burning hot. Asked them to fix it but nothing happened.
Breakfast pretty basic, but for the price of 10€ the quality-price ratio was ok. They make you an omelette if you want it, did not try. Coffee 2/5 stars”
”Very nice and clean hotel in the peaceful neighbourhood. Here you feel safe and still it is near to Brussels (a car almost a must). Our familyroom was perfect, with 1 big and 1 smaller bed. The building itself is huge, and feels a bit sterile. The breakfast is luxurious, but expensive.”

"Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel is furnished with Nordic design and textiles, which give it a somewhat unique and a fresh look.
Our rooms were on the ground floor, and the soundproofing wasn't very good, since the sounds of traffic could be heard inside and I was woken up at 5 am by people shouting on the street. So, If you value a good night's sleep, then ask for a room from floors higher up or bring ear plugs.
The hotel garage is very small with a tight entrance, so if you're driving a bigger car you might want to reserve a parking from a facility outside the hotel."
