The check-in process was super convenient and fully digital with a code, and the staff assisting with check-in were very friendly and helpful. ”The rooms are beautifully decorated and the outdoor space is very beautiful as well with all the plants and nice buildings. It has a look of a five-star hotel, but the service is not up to 5* so 4* is the most accurate description.
The only disappointment was the service at the restaurant outdoor patio where I ate twice. The first time it was understaffed and it was hard to get any attention. The second time the waiter forgot to bring me the water and when I asked him for it he looked astounded...
