honoring its original architecture while providing contemporary luxury. There are 2 bathrooms in the main house, all finished with luxurious, modern details. The Sawyer House is the perfect central base for families and groups looking for historic charm, expansive private grounds, and modern convenience for their San Diego getaway.

Important Note on Location: It is centrally located near a major highway, which allows for easy access to all of San Diego. Please be aware that while the lot is expansive, you may hear traffic noise when enjoying the backyard and outdoor areas.

Guest have access to all parts of the property
1. No Parties
2. Events need prior approval.
3. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may not book for another person.
4. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am.
5. No Pets. If a pet a brought there will be a $250 additional fee charged to sanitize for guests with allergies and the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
6. No Smoking.
7. Do not use the premise for illegal activity.

9. Damages will be billed to the guest.
10. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed unless prior approval is given. Additional guests without approval may result in a fee of $20 per person OR a cancelled reservation without refund.
11. No moving furniture as it damages the original hardwood. Fee of $50 plus damages will be applied if furniture is moved.
