The beautiful and spacious "Villa Era" is located in the El Roque residential area near El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, and is the perfect accommodation for families or large groups wanting to spend their holidays together. The house can be rented as a whole or separately, as it is usually divided into 2 independent homes (Villa Era 1 and Villa Era 2) that can be combined by simply opening a connecting door. In total, Villa Era offers 2 living rooms (each with a sofa bed), two fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 2 with 2 single beds each), and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, TVs in all rooms, a cot, a child’s bed, and a high chair.



A highlight of the property is its charming outdoor area, where you will find 2 spacious pools (one heated) surrounded by sun loungers, 2 barbecues (one for each house), and a covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. A wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés, as well as the nearest beach, Playa de los Lagos, can be found in the village of El Cotillo, just a 5-minute drive away (2 km). The island’s airport is 41 minutes away by car (43.7 km).



Parking is available on the property. The pool can be heated for an extra fee.
