Newly renovated house (November 2019, new in HomeAway but with experience of other highly successful properties), with high quality materials and exclusive furniture, with wonderful sea views, large terrace with jacuzzi over the garden of exotic plants and avocado plantation . Perfect to enjoy the tranquility, and fantastic, to return after a day of excursion and relax in your jacuzzi with great views.

It is a large property with two completely different and independent houses. Each one has its own private terrace with jacuzzi or swimming pool, with complete privacy and intimacy and its own entrance through different paths.
It is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing stay, quiet and quiet but only 5 minutes drive from shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Ideal for an active holiday (you can walk to the beach and Puerto de la Cruz just 30 minutes walk) or just rest from the world in a wonderful place!

This place was so good we were wondering if it was a scam, but it's all real, the place and location is great, we used the Jacuzzi every evening for a romantic and relaxing night. As a romantic getaway Marta's place was very nice, Tenerife is also mind blowing, rent a car and visit the island (with the help of Marta's tips and advices). 5 stars

We spend a week in the beautiful stone house of Marta. The house has a terrace with a view of the sea, it is incredible :-) The location of the house is fantastic, very quiet and alone amidst bananas, avocados and other plants and flowers. Marta is a very warm and attentive host who was asked several times via the WhatsApp application whether everything was OK, gave us a lot of information and advice and is obviously proud of the result of her renovation work. We can fully recommend the house, it is a stroke of luck!

A rare pearl ! Small house very well located in the heart of banana trees with a plunging view of the sea. Well equipped, nicely decorated and to top it all, there is a jacuzzi. Everything was perfect ! Marta is very friendly and attentive. To reserve eyes closed!

Our stay at Marta’s place was phenomenal! We were the first guests in the newly renovated house and enjoyed the stay so much. The house is beautiful, exactly as depicted in the pictures, well equipped with everything needed and located secluded within banana plantations giving us the perfect time out from work. The best thing was waking up in the morning with the spectacular view on the sea! Marta and her husband were great hosts, always responsive and Marta was so sweet to make little gifts for us. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely come back again :)

We were in Marta's wonderful stone house for a week. Everything is as beautiful as in the pictures, almost amazing :-) The hot tub, amazing. The location of the house is fantastic, very quiet and alone among bananas, avocados and other plants and flowers. Marta is a very warm and attentive hostess, asked several times if all was well, gave us a lot of information and advice and is visibly proud of the result of her renovation work. We can recommend the house completely, it's a stroke of luck!
