”We recently stayed at this hotel after a long 13-hour drive from San Antonio, Texas, with our family of four. Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. ”Value for money. Breakfast was a positive surprise. Room noise isolation not the best.”

”Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early....

”When I checked in the staff member argued with me about paying even though the room was already paid for. Parking spots are very small. We have a medium sized SUV and it didn’t fit inside the parking lot lines. They gave us a room on the second floor. The elevator was broken so we had to bring everything up stairs that were covered in stained carpet. The hallways smelled like a zoo. When we got into the room we discovered the AC was not functioning. It stayed about 85 degrees the entire time....
