”I will stay here every time I’m in Colombia. The property serves its purpose only thing is there is no weights in the gym but they have a 24 hour gym about five minutes out by Uber. The staff are the best like they leave you alone but still are super attentive of you if that makes sense and they are not trying to squeeze any money out of you in fact they are telling you ways to save money and that’s rare as a U.S. citizen visiting a country like Colombia.”

”I was reserving the hotel because of a good offer they had. Hotel is brand new so everything is modern. Bathroom is very good, shower is modern and it's easy to adjust water temperature because there is only one handle for adjusting temperature instead of the old fashioned two which you still see often in Colombian hotels. Also the sink where you wash hands has enough of space even for bigger hands, and I like that! I think room in general is almost excellent. Only thing that it is...

”Everyone here was nice, but I'm surprised the hostel had such high ratings, it wasn't social, even on a Saturday night, the lockers weren't big enough to fit any backpackers bags inside, and the dorms seemed unfinished, if you had a bottom bunk you would have been totally fine with privacy curtains and such but the top bunks were like a death trap, it was more like a mattress was put on top of a four poster bed than an actual bunk bed. Honestly I just ended up sleeping on the sofa, the breakfast...

”The Hotel is under construction and you are sharing one elevator with construction equipment and staff. There is no bellman, no room service no restaurant. The staff is polite but not customer service oriented or hotel experienced. Maybe in a few years when the hotel is more settled it can become something nice in Cali. The hotel should be fully functional before opening the rooftop pool is in the middle of a full construction site. ”

”I had really high hopes for this property. The reviews were nice and it has potential. On the surface everything looked well, however, i ended up being eaten alive by bedbugs. The morning i checked out i let the reception know. It was horrible waking up itching every where. ”

”This was the second time staying at this Boutique Hotel. There has been a noticeable improvement. First of all the welcoming effect at check in. Lorena was specially kind and made the experience, a smooth one. Then was the breakfast; a much large variety of options and flavors, and there is also a restaurant onsite. Last but not least. The rooms; comfortable beds and bathrooms. I definitely recommend this hotel to any one.”

”These place it is for locals to expend a night. Who don’t care about the place to be clean under the bed or getting a bloody towels. The staff run the pace while the Managment if is ausente for the well been of the business. La Estancia if is around the corner. That it is a real hotel. ”

”Staff was very friendly, one of the best location to stay in Cali. The wifi was fair. I will come for sure again but will make sure to ask for a room at 1st or 2nd ground. Ground floor there can be some noise from the restaurant at night till late.”
