”I put a do not disturb sign on my door yet they still went in, moved my stuff & left the window open. Didn’t like that. If I put a DND sign on it’s for a reason”

”It is very close to great shopping and has an elevator.”

”Pros: Good location, close to Telefonica and walkable to tourist areas. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds, hot showers and heating. The hotel is modern. On the cons: the drains smelled a little in the bathroom, breakfast doesn’t begin until 7am which is too late for any day tours which all depart earlier than this (I stayed 3 nights and not once got to enjoy the breakfast I paid for), they do offer a breakfast bag to go but it is very basic. ”The hotel is very nice boutique hotel, clean and feels new. Staff very nice, professional and caring, assisted in planning our evening, called for reservations and even came down to the street to tell the driver where we are going. Felt well taken care off.”

”Excellent stay. Helpful and supportive staff. Very efficient check-in.”

One of the absolute highlights is the rooftop bar-it offers an amazing view of the city that you definitely shouldn't miss! Every morning started off right, as I really enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. The staff is super friendly, welcoming,...
