”The space is clean and well decorated, it feels homey without being cluttered. There are upstairs neighbors, and the noise they generated at times was loud and took away from the overall experience. The bathroom is large and clean, the shower was phenomenal. Having in house laundry was awesome and added value for us on our stay. Meg was easy to reach and responded quickly. The provided binder had so much useful information and was great for getting oriented. If a little (and truly I mean little)...

”Nice, quiet neighborhood! The studio is comfortable, similar to a hotel room - with a fabulous fenced yard. It was a perfect space for a dog. Mine was immediately happy to have his own space to mosey around, and we enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. The hosts were responsive and pleasant. ”

”It was nice to have the river outside the deck. The property has some updates, but still looks like an older property. We enjoyed the restaurant, it was nice to sit outside on the beautiful patio. When checking in you need to provide a credit card for incidentals, which is fine. We found out we were billed 195 after check out. Thank goodness I checked my credit card statement. Communication with the management company was good but it did take 3 weeks to get that money credited back. Just make...

”Great family stay!! The room was very spacious, beds were comfy, setting was quiet and serene, and the property had pretty much everything we needed. There are lots of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops, as well easy access to nature and the Deschutes river. Leavetown offered better rates than any other booking site we found and the check-in/out was seamless and communication was clear and punctual. We will definitely be back and will happily use Leavetown again as our host!”

”If you come here, get a ground floor unit (facing the river), as they have disputes on the deck. We were on the second floor which had a beautiful view, but it was chilly and sitting out by the fire would have been delightful. We only stayed one night, but they had nice amenities such as a steam room, work out center and outdoor pool. Very nice, would recommend.”
