”I love the property, the area, the care, the general amenities. Coffee service appears to be a bit problematic. I did ask for a coffee maker in the room, and was accommodated. The main coffee machine in the lobby does not begin service until 7:00, although many are up by 6:00. Another machine, in another building was out of service. People waited and waited. More coffee, please.”

”I had such a wonderful stay at this resort! Everything was beautiful, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. My favorite part was spending the evenings by the fire it was so cozy and calming under the night sky. It truly made the experience feel special. I would definitely love to come back again”

”Room was dirty and AC was broken. They gave us a new room after we spoke with them. Then we went to open the door to the new room and heard people talking as I grabbed the door handle, two men walked out. I complained to the manager and he started arguing with me. This place has really gone down the toilet. Will NOT be staying there again.”

Art greeted us like it was 8 AM and not after Midnight - shared the deets and got us to our room in a timely fashion.

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”
