”Although the shower was awkward because it wasn't enclosed and water got everywhere and there was no where to put your items in the shower like skincare etc...the rest of the hotel and staff were amazing. At least people spoke English and the pool area was always warm and open late. The staff was the best part of the stay. Consistent and friendly service and they always went out if their way. The restaurant was amazing too!!”

”Always great, best golf ressort in the world”

”Room was relatively well maintained. Staff was wonderful. Special accolades go to Perforio for finding us dinner reservations when all restaurants were booked during the week we were there. Dominga immediately helped locate my phone charger that I had left in the room after receiving an upgrade with much grace and kindness. Waitress Maria-she was so full of joy and happiness. Simply a pleasure to be around. Waiter Fernando was incredibly cordial and friendly. We enjoyed his hospitality...

”The hotel and resort was outdated, the buffet was not too good and even the service left room for quite a lot of improvement. The good thing about the place was spacious and clean room. We tolerate quite a lot and have seen a lot of places, but this reort I would not reserve again”

”The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again.”

”Excelente!”
