”The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was friendly. Great location and it felt like a safe environment, which I really liked. The only bad thing is the train; it passes very close by, blows its horn very loudly, and makes it difficult to sleep. That is the only downside”

”I made a human error and in order to change it it will cost me $200 which is outrageous. I will not ever use your services again EVER!!”

”I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the bed was comfortable, great water pressure but the only thing I wasnt happy with was the AC was not working properly.”

”Mattress was likely a large bag filled with old clothes, very lumpy and hard. Could hear the CPAP machine of someone on one side and snoring the other. We do not travel frequently bot we will have to find another way for accomodations.”

”The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room we were initially checked into had a TV that was not working. The gentleman that was working that evening came right away to try and troubleshoot the issue. When that that proved unsuccessful he kindly upgraded us to a suite for our stay. The rooms were very clean and inviting. The breakfast was really good and always stocked. I would definitely stay here again.”

”Overall great stay, rooms nice and comfortable. Would recommend. It's amazing how a nice hotel can let some little things slip. Carpet on 4th floor very worn, room desk in need of some stain, elevator doors needed fresh paint. Just some simple things that were not as pristine as they should be.”

”Everything was fine, location was especially convenient for my stay, several quick dinning options very close and much more a few miles away. Noise level was low for a busy hotel right off the interstate. Parking was essentially filled to capacity but I had a spot available every time I returned.”

”The toilet didn’t flush with the handle you had to reach in and pull this chain. Also, there was no breakfast days. I was there. They were cockroaches inside and outside the room.”

”My stay was terrible. I think the management has changed, as I’ve stayed there before and everything was fine, but today was awful. The receptionist—Phoenix, I think her name was—was not friendly at all; she charged an extra fee for parking that wasn't mentioned in my reservation. Also, I had booked an "extended" room, but they gave me the smallest one. I went back to tell her that it wasn't an extended room—since I’d stayed in one before—but she insisted it was and claimed there were no other...

”Excellent hotel right off I-25 but still very quiet. Large, clean room with in-suite jacuzzi. Great breakfast spread and coffee station.”

”Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise.”

”This Embassy Suites was so very clean. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast is always a highlight. There were 3 other events that we knew of going on there but we always felt safe and free to walk around.”
