”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. ”Our room was excellent. It was clean, had plenty of storage and the bed was super comfortable with the best pillows ever. Hotel staff were polite and responsive to our requests. The hotel location is perfect for visiting downtown Santa Fe. The only flaws were 1) the shower curtain did not keep water in the shower so we soaked our small bathroom each time we showered, and 2) the hotel lobby is not cozy and comfortable like other hotels in the area.
