”Stayed one night at Tityra Lodge, Monteverde, and it was a lovely experience. The property is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the area. The stay itself was comfortable and the highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast in the morning. Even though it was just a short stay, it was memorable and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Monteverde.”

The road to arrive is extremely rough - potholes, less than two lanes at times - but worth it once you arrive. ”Incredible resort. Would rush back in a heartbeat. We had the cheapest rainforest bungalow and it felt like a suit. Gorgeous bathroom, animals surrounding you, hammock outside was lovely. The breakfast was incredible, the food in the hot springs was excellent and the staff were amazing. Particularly the guides who went out of their way to help you and spot animals and birds for you. ”Nice spot. Great view. One of the cheaper places to stay in Monteverde. Free breakfast is a bonus and they have a pool you can use anytime. The host was friendly and helpful. You do get a few small insects in the room but not many. It is a bit in out of the way so you want a vehicle if you're staying there.”
