We were given a handicap room (possibly because we checked in late) located at the end of the hallway near the exit door to the stairs. The doors slammed shut every time it was used thus making our evening stay unpleasant. The unexpected happened, my medication was missing from my shaving bag (Xanax), ...

The staff was so very welcoming. Everything was very well kept and clean. There was not a single problem the entire trip that the staff couldn't help us with.

Had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. She was by herself and had to help someone with an issue. Breakfast was not very good. The tub spout in the shower had an inch gap from the wall. I'm sure water is getting in there and will cause a problem eventually.
