”Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled.”

”We had a faulty fire alarm. Woke us up midnight. It kept going for more than a few minutes. Terrible.”

”I had a good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Austin South. It’s a solid business hotel with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The room was clean and well kept, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a pool, gym, and bar/lounge. The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was also convenient, close to the freeway and near a Walmart, which made quick stops easy. Overall, a reliable and very pleasant place to stay in Austin.”

”The property had no hot breakfast meal as advertised since the entire kitchen and diniing area was under renovation. Instead, they provided a paper bag with one apple, one small pastry and one honey peanut bar. Possiby the price for the room was a bit lower than if the property's renovation had been completed? All in all, it was a nice and satisfactory room and property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The location including parking seemed very secure.”

”Our suite was clean and spacious, however the shower door was very hard to open, it looked to be off the track. Staff was very friendly during check in and out and the lady in charge of breakfast area. Nice breakfast area and set up. The neighborhood is not walkable or close to any restaurants. We do recommend this hotel specifically if you are there for work.”

”Staff was very nice and very helpful but the place was not it, beds, curtains, shower, all had stains and it look like it wasn’t cleaned Ik it was a cheap motel but I didn’t feel safe staying.”

”I arrived early & was able to check in. Yay! The front desk clerk was so beautiful & pleasant. She was articulate, knowledgeable, & very personable. A definite plus to the company. My room was clean, orderly , & without a stale smell. I couldn't be more happier. Thank you management for ensuring your employees & property are top tier.”
