”Everything was clean and new, properly maintained and the staff was real attentive and caring (shout out to Kit!) I come to Austin once a year for a track meet, and will definitely be back last year”

”Front desk check gentleman was very good. Nice and efficient. Breakfast was good with constant checking and clean up. Room was very clean. Love this hotel when I come to town. ”

”Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled.”

”We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not...

”When I arrive to our room it was stuffy and warm. No staff at the front desk when I arrived. Food was good.”

”I had a good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Austin South. It’s a solid business hotel with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The room was clean and well kept, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a pool, gym, and bar/lounge. The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was also convenient, close to the freeway and near a Walmart, which made quick stops easy. Overall, a reliable and very pleasant place to stay in Austin.”

”Property was under construction so no real breakfast or access to really anything besides our room. I think there should be an alert when booking that a property is under construction and price accordingly”

”Pool was signed closed but appears this is to stop parties. Pool contained the same plastic bags when we arrived to when we left.”

”Staff was pretty responsive and nice. This was the only thing, one the elevators was broke. With that, getting up and down took a long time. Overall though, a pretty good property.”
