”This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked...

”The staff seemed friendly enough. But when I got into the room, the shower curtain rod was busted and fell on my head when I went to take a shower. One night it rained, and water ran underneath the door into the room. The Wi-Fi only worked if I had the door open and was by the door. The TV didn't work for the first twenty-four hours.”

”This property should not be listed on Expedia in its current condition. I believe it requires inspection by the appropriate housing or health authorities in Austin due to serious maintenance and sanitation concerns. Upon arrival, I observed roaches and a cracked toilet, among other issues that negatively impacted the habitability of the unit. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. I have video evidence documenting the condition of the property and can provide this...

”Deferred maintenance issues. Soiled windows. Broken screens.”

”Remodeled rooms are excellent! The fitness center was closed because they stored mattresses there, the pool was full of bugs because it was not scammed/cleaned regularly. We were a little disappointed because the breakfast area was being remodeled, and there was only grab and go available, we typically enjoy the full breakfast when we stay there. The only challenge with our room was the door knob on the inside of the room came off the day we were leaving, but we contacted one of the repair...

”Well the room wasn't very clean, there was a baby pacifier under the bed, also the pull out bed was horrible!! Also we booked it specifically for the pool & when we got there the lady was like oh I'm sorry, the pool is under construction. Also it took about 30 minutes or more for her to check me in, cuz she couldn't find my reservation when I had my receipt on my phone. So the whole trip was blah....”

”The room was extremely nice and we loved having a washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, and comfortable bed. There was not much as far as amenities. I think they are going through some improvements and that is possibly why. The self parking was $35 per night in a garage which we felt was expensive. We would stay here again, but the VIP sale was not much. Overall, very nice stay, but nothing luxurious.”
