Unfortunately, almost all the food had been used up at breakfast, although there was still breakfast left for an hour. The waiters were not very eager to fill the table with breakfast. The service at the reception was very good.

Staff was amazing. Really professional, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Everything is in a walking distance. In cleaning there could be improvement. Room was full of dust and when cleaning was ordered there wasnât really any difference. Otherwise super happy with everything

Have now stayed a few times in Ruby Mimi when visiting ZĂŒrich on a semi-regular basis (we switched away from Hotel St. Gotthard.when we learned that it's owned by russians).
