”Many of the aspects about this property were good, as expected. The location was perfect, near restaurants, and convenient to the venue at which we attended a concert. The unit was very clean, also, and quiet, which we were looking for. Because this was our first VRBO stay, we did not know entirely what to expect. ”Had a wonderful time staying in Siena! The view was beautiful from all rooms. It was great to wake up to the sunrise across the water. ”We ended up walking into our cabin, and left within 15 minutes. There were spider webs on the walls, over the AC, and in the kitchen area. ”We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!”

”The place is very clean and well located. Little amenities would have enhanced the experience. There were no tissues in the apartment. ”It was a pleasure to rent from Sherri. The room was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the view was phenomenal. I stayed with a friend for Laconia Bike Week. It was a short ride to all the activities. There was ample parking. The common area was also kept very clean. The check in process was second to none, extremely easy and convenient. ”There was confusion at check-in as they where not prepared for our rental. But the owners where very quick to respond, and had the place ready in a half hour. This was great for a over vintage stay, but would not be comfortable for more than that.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was great that we could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the amenities of the Akwa Marina and Beach Club. The house was set up well and had AC throughout. We would definitely stay there again as it had a New England rustic charm.”
