Our lovely lower-level unit is situated in the Village of Winnipesaukee, and it has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The condo features a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen size Aerobed, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, pack-n-play, wifi, smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms, heat, a/c, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and all linens.
You'll be amazed by the location of this condo. It is just a walking distance to all Weirs has to offer - from shopping and dining, to indoor arcade, bowling alley, go-carts, and miniature golf at the Fun Spot. You can also take a short walk to the Weirs beach or explore the pier. The area is perfect for families with kids, who will surely enjoy the saltwater pool, bbq grills, playground, basketball court, tennis court, and onsite laundry available within the complex.
If you're a fan of winter sports, then you're in luck. Gunstock Mountain is just a short drive away, and you can spend the day skiing and tubing on its slopes. The location of the condo is also convenient for those looking to visit the Tangard Outlets or the Bank of NH Pavilion - both of which are just 15 minutes away.

Super clean, super comfy
We stayed here for a quick overnight for a concert in the area. It has a lot of nice renovations. Some areas do still seem a bit old, but it’s very clean. The beds were very comfortable also.

Great place to stay
Rented for 1 night stay for a girls weekend to see a concert at the pavilion. Could not have been more happy with the property and the location. Very clean, plenty of room and lot of nice touches like snack and waters.

The condo was great, loved being at ground level to walk into the back yard. The kids had a great time at the pool and playground and I enjoyed walking to the Witches Brew Pub next door. we all had a great time

Condo Close to Weirs Beach
The stay was great, overall very good. Close to the concert venue in Gilford and an easy drive to get there, also close to Weirs Beach which was nice. Beds were comfy, shower pretty good. Kitchen was surprisingly well stocked for cooking which I appreciated! My only complaints are the ac window units. We all woke up with pretty bad allergic reactions to the air quality from the ac unit, filters need to be cleaned more frequently, there is definitely a mold issue within the units. Should be an easy fix! We appreciated that this management team took the time to decorate and make the space feel like a home:)

Perfect getaway!
Although our stay was just an overnight, it was a wonderful time. The condo was exactly as described , upon check-in we were happy to find it was clean, had all the amenities we needed, tastefully decorated and walking distance to Weirs Beach and restaurants. Britnie our host was very responsive. Hoping to book again and stay longer next year!

Awesome place to stay!
Me and my boyfriend rented this property out for a night, and it was the perfect place. The location is awesome, less than a 10 minute walk from weirs beach which is super convenient. The place was very clean and accommodating, definitely would book again :)
