”The hut was surprisingly spacious. Very clean and well equipped. It was very cosy and comfortable. Included breakfast was excellent. We had dinner in the pub which was delicious. We felt the whole break was very good value ”

”Reception looks modern and clean. And the staff both checking in and out were friendly and welcoming. The room however was dated and the bathroom needs work due to cracked grouting, mould in the shower and just generally tired looking. The bed was very springy but we appreciate they added an extra for my child for the booking. ”

”Meals were superb and mostly gluten free. It was all helped by having well trained and pleasant staff.”

”Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again ”

”Positives: The location and Parking are excellent. The Reception, and Bars are styling & Comfortable. But, some communal areas are tired (example the entrance from the car park), the garden is overgrown in parts and its seems their are sraff shortages (the staff seem good, but under pressure). There is building work going on, and there is evidence of this as you enter through the entrance from the car park. There is a very small lift and no sign for the stairs! ”

”We stayed for a couple of nights, having breakfast & dinner twice. After a rather brusque check-in with a middle aged Asian gentleman (the owner?), we made our way to Room 10, a king sized room with an additional bed in a side room. As we had our Jack Russell with us, this may be a pet-friendly room. The bedroom was beautifully clean, and the beds comfortable. I think the bathroom had not long been fitted, and had a fabulous shower along with all the complimentary soaps/showergels/shampoos...
