”Honestly, this place is fine if you just need to crash for a night, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The room was only so-so when it came to cleanliness, and every now and then there was a weird smell—kind of like cat pee or something. A couple of the light switches didn’t work, and neither did the ceiling light. The outside of the property looked a bit shabby too, and the washer and dryer were both out of order. ”This one room unit had everything I needed. The kitchen had everything needed for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. The owner was wonderful as he responded to my questions almost instantly. The parking is good, the neighborhood is good. There is a King Soopers within walking distance.”
