”This was a great place to stay for the weekend. The property was just as pictured and clean. There were plenty of extra bedsheets and linens provided. The property is close to the Denver area, but far enough away to be peaceful and scenic. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a walking trail in the back of the neighborhood Would definitely stay again. ”

Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. ”This property was perfect for my needs. I was being treated at St Anthony's in Lakewood which was only a few miles away down 6th Ave. It was quiet, clean and centrally located to anything I needed. I would definitely book it again.”

”This was the perfect location for a girls weekend to see a show at Red Rocks, see some mountains and check out down town Denver! Location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood with parking and outdoor space available. The unit was super clean and adorably decorated. Communication was great and the owners were quick to answer any questions we had!”
