Your unit in this duplex is your private oasis. Great quiet location on the South side of Lafayette. Ideal location for those visiting Purdue in West Lafayette or anywhere in Lafayette. You will enjoy a clean comfortable stay at this location. We provide a kitchen ready to use and washer and dryer available for use free of charge. This home is located in a small subdivision with easy access to Purdue University, shopping, and dining.

It was clean and a good location for us going to and fro to Purdue daily. It was quiet too. Helpful tips: some of the light bulbs were burnt out, we changed one but there were no more extra bulbs to change others:, could use a few more pots/pans/dishes for cooking. we were hoping for a casserole pan and cheese grater. Lastly, a guide to whats in the area as far as food stores, gas stations, coffee shops, fast food...also how to use the TV guide would be helpful

The place was tidy and I appreciate the quiet location near the university. We were there in winter. The thermostat was locked at a max temperature setting, and it wasn't sufficient to comfortably heat the space at night. The quilts on the bed were also lightweight for the season. The window on the front room did not have curtains and there were some bright lights from the neighborhood shining in at night. A few light bulbs were burned out and there was trash in the front and back yard when we arrived. The fireplace was also non-functional, which is different from the photo in the advertisement. I hope that this feedback will help improve the experience for others in the future.

The home was nice. I appreciate being able to use the garage. One of the stove burners did not work. When we arrived, the toilet in one bathroom was stopped up. The owner worked very quickly to fix the problem. The ceiling fans have dirt caked on the blades. Lamp shades covered in dust. Beds too tall. Top of stove (under microwave) was filthy. I feel like we left the home nicer than we found it.

A quiet place

We brought grandma to visit the kid at Purdue. The home was quiet and provided more opportunities to socialize than two hotel rooms would have. It’s a very quiet neighborhood-a bit of a drive to the school but an easy one.

Enjoyable family time

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I'd like to suggest is replacing the bed in the 2nd room and add 2 twin beds. As adults we didn't want to share beds. The sofa sleeper was not comfortable. I'm sure it's from the constant use then sleeping on it. We loved the space where we all kiss it together talk laugh and catch up. We will absolutely be back soon. Thank you for everything c9ming bacoming back again soon

Great Location in South Lafayette, IN.

Nice place to stay. Has a garage, which kept my car out of the frozen tundra of Indiana, (it was 5 above zero), and the elements. The thermostat has a mind of it's own and went down to 66 degrees overnight necessitating the heavy blanket I brought along, as well as getting up at 2 am to reset the thermostat to a more livable temperature. No rocking chair like in the pictures, or a mood enhancing fireplace. Owner said it didn't work, but why was it on in the photos? Nice neighborhood, great restaurants, Wal-Mart, etc nearby. quick access to Purdue University. I would stay there again, and bring my own bath towels...

Boiler Up!

Came for a football game and loved having a clean spot to stay! We had some issues getting the door code but the property manager was available and helpful so it was easily fixed! Very clean.

Great stay

The instructions for check-in were exactly as indicated. The property was clean and instructions for how to use the property were clear. No instructions on if the gas fireplace could work or not. We did try to turn it on, but it would not light. Beautiful area. Very close to where we wanted to be. Enjoyed this property immensely.
