”Clean and comfortable, nice little porch, close to great food and entertainment! A bit noisy in the nighttime but it WAS the weekend and close to campus. Not a good spot if you aren’t able to carry all your things up the stairs to the apartment, but it was perfect for us. ”

”Our stay at St. Charles was wonderful. We loved the vibe of this cottage style home. We especially enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Debbie, our host, brought breakfast to the porch for us every morning, and was responsive to all of our needs. The home creatively decorated, with beautiful antique furniture in the rooms, and an updated kitchen/bath.Overall, a great experience. Reall good Cajun food at restaurants in area (Shucks, Riverfront) and a great Italian place...

”Our stay was wonderful. The location was very rural which made it very quiet and peaceful. The view from the screened area in the rear of the river was relaxing (and bug free). Glasses and plates were plentiful. Short on eating utensils. Just grab some plastic with a carryout meals. The pictures of the inside and outside was exact. Very clean and well maintained. ”This was a beautiful, peaceful, perfect place for our adult children to stay in, that came into town for a long weekend for our wedding. It has two separate cottages perfect to have separate, space. But also has an adjoining screened back porch over looking the bayou, that we used to have a Louisiana Friday family night of gumbo, with a fire pit and visiting. The property owners were gracious enough, that they let us use the grounds and property for pre-wedding photos. It was an amazing weekend....
